Gym-Beam: AI Laser Fitness and Reaction Training System
A laser target that moves the moment you touch it, with LiDAR and computer vision measuring every reaction.

Overview
Gym-Beam is an interactive fitness and reaction training system designed and built by Aeonix. It projects a laser point onto the floor or another surface. When the user touches it, the point jumps to a new spot and the user has to reach it again, which turns a drill into a continuous reaction workout.
LiDAR and computer vision track the user's movement, reaction time and speed in real time, so agility and coordination are measured rather than guessed. Training speed and difficulty are fully adjustable, so the same system works for beginners, athletes, rehabilitation centres and professional sports training.
